To book your stay at Moana, we invite you to use the contact form, indicating your contact details and the desired period.
A deposit will be requested depending on the length of your stay to validate your reservation 🌞
We want to welcome each traveler in the best possible conditions.
To do this, we have decided not to automate a reservation system and to treat each request on a case-by-case basis with the greatest care. 🌈
When you arrive, the owner or his agent will give you a warm welcome and guide you through the first steps: presentation of the house rules, handing over the keys and depositing the security. As it is common for travelers to be exhausted after a long journey, the initial home inspection is carried out concisely to simplify your installation.
It is essential to note that if the inventory is brief, you have the responsibility to notify the owner of any irregularity, whether it is a missing or damaged item. This notification must be in writing and sent within 24 hours of your entry to the premises to ensure that your deposit is not unfairly withheld. 📝
For reasons of hygiene and comfort for all, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the living spaces. 🚭
We only accept payments in euros. The prices mentioned in the contract are all taxes included. 💶
We love animals, believe us, but for safety and hygiene reasons, we prefer to prohibit animals at Moana. 🐶
Household linen (towels, bed linen and tea towels) is provided. Pool towels will also be available. Thank you for taking care of it 💕
During your stay, for any questions regarding the accommodation or to report a malfunction, you must contact the owner or his legal representative.
